1. 25% Deposit at the time of booking. If mailing a money order or certified check a credit card must be held to guarantee the deposit. The credit card will not be charged until authorized.
   
2. 14 day cancellation policy (prior to scheduled load date) for refund of deposit less $50.00 cancellation fee per horse.
3. Cash, credit card, or certified check accepted. Absolutely no personal checks.
4. Tack charges: saddles $50.00, bridals, halters, buckets $25.00. Maximum tack charge is $50.00 unless sending multiple saddles. Anything other than tack-please ask for quote.
5. Boarding: Boarding is not prescheduled overnight. If boarding is needed, boarding will be sought.
6. Transportation stops every 3 hours to offer water, fill hay bags, and check the condition of the horses.
7. Horses are taken off the trailer 2 to 3 times a day to walk, stretch, and relax.
8. Horses must have an Interstate Health Certificate, current Negative Coggins test, and some states require a Brand Inspection. Please insure horses are properly vaccinated and healthy before transporting. A Coggins test may take 5-7 days to receive results. Please do not wait until the last minute for this test.
9. Health tests are good in most states for 30 days.
